It has a spectacular view of L\`Escala marina, rosas bay and riells beach. Located on the seafront just 400 meters from Riells Beach, 130 meters from restaurants and just 450 meters from a supermarket. Riells beach, is very wide and very shallow. Nearby are superb Montgo beaches, empuries. The site also offers beautiful hikes and mountain bike routes. Close to the beach there is an amusement park with a karting for children. The promenade offers a variety of restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, as well as souvenir shops and others. The apartment has a fully equipped and renovated kitchen leading to the air-conditioned living room with wifi and access to a large terrace where you can also enjoy al fresco dining. it consists of 3 bedrooms including a suite. All rooms are exterior (with double glazing) and have a closet. In addition the apartment has a practical laundry room for linen and beach accessories. It also has two fully renovated bathrooms with shower and toilet. In total it can accommodate 6 people 2 double beds (150 cm), 2 single beds (90 cm each). La vue de la terrasse , sur le port , est dépaysante et change constamment au grès de la météo et du va et vient des bateaux et des mouettes .On ne s’en lasse pas !
