Perfect. The check-in was smooth and easy. The reception desk (Gabriela) was very good & professional, the attendants (George, Biel, Rafael, Sergi) were very helpful, the lobby bartender (Luciano) was very accommodating.

I stayed at the Barcelona Airport Hotel for four nights. While the room was clean and nicely furnished with modern decor, the overall experience left much to be desired. The hotel is located around 35 minutes from downtown Barcelona which meant relying on taxis at about 40 EUR per trip—something to consider if you're planning to explore the city frequently. The outdoor pool was a highlight—spacious and inviting—but unfortunately, the six massage fountains were not functioning during our entire stay. Noise was also an issue as we could constantly hear guests walking and talking in the corridor which disrupted our rest. Staff were generally not friendly or welcoming and the housekeeping team entered our room more than once without knocking which was quite uncomfortable. The lounge area at reception was very dark and could benefit from better lighting to create a more inviting atmosphere. Overall, while the hotel offers decent rooms and good pool space, the location, lack of service, noise, and privacy concerns made this a disappointing stay.
