Centrally located Walkable to eateries and events. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and well stocked. Breakfast was delicious Highly recommend

The staff in every area were friendly, polite and helpful. The location was really good, a couple of minutes walk from the town area and it was a safe feeling too

Outstanding hotel, great location!

Large hotel well located in the city centre. Nice room, but some street noise on Friday and Saturday nights, better on Sunday and Monday nights. It is near the hub for the trams and I recommend downloading the TBM ticketing app. It makes travel to attractions such as La Cite du Vin by tram much easier. Front of house staff welcoming and helpful and housekeeping very good. They kept our room well serviced, even closing our curtains. We met the maids and it was obvious how keen they were to please and do anything for us to make our stay enjoyable. What a contrast then, the hotel restaurant (the one on the ground floor). We ate there twice. Dreadful service: You get taken to your (reserved) table and left there with no menus or attention. You ask for things (in French) like water, desserts, the bill and they never come. We saw other tables sending food back. What service there is is slow, and for long periods serving staff just disappear completely. The restaurant really lets the rest of the hotel down.

Clean. Quiet. Showed up too early, the room was not ready yet. Left my luggage with them. Came back in the afternoon and the luggage was already in my room. Very nice.
