Heated pool needed for February....Needs Pool Table and Table Tennis if they want to compete with other companies

Upon check-in was allocated a standard room not a heritage suite. This was corrected promptly once it was brought to the attention of the staff. However they claimed this room type wasn’t communicated by Expedia to them until I showed the booking confirmation We went to the rooftop bar on the first evening but there were virtually no staff to make and serve drinks. So we left and mentioned it to reception who commented that there was a private party on that evening and they didn’t have enough staff to look after hotel guests too.

Hotel was decent room was ok. Service of the reception and the bar was great. Shuttle service to the airport in the morning zero issues
