The front desk associates were very professional but I never got the benefits of being a VIP member

The outdoor pool was freezing cold and the front desk female staff members were very unfriendly. Upon checking in they seemed offended when I pointed out our VIP status with Expedia and acted like they didn’t know what it meant. Their “laundry facilities” consisted of 1 small washer and 1 dryer which were dirty and inconvenient. The bar and breakfast staff were very kind and the location was good, close to the beach and bus. Overall we were disappointed with this property and would not stay here again or recommend.

This hotel was real quality. Even though it is a big hotel we heard no noise from other guests. The food was excellent and the location beautiful overlooking the marina. There was some road noise but as I live on a busy road in the UK it did not bother me. Overall I would like to come back again next year and would recommend it to friends

Our stay at Ferrer concord was exceptional. The location is perfect being on the beach, yet it’s not noisy (other than the wonderful sound of crashing waves). The beach itself is nice, there are sunbeds which must be paid for but it’s easier to just use the free hotel sunbeds and pop to the sea for a swim since it’s so close! Even after the entertaining morning stampede for sun beds, there were some left. It was clean, one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed. The food was tasty and enough variety even for a picky eater like myself. Lots of vegetarian options if that’s your thing. Food was of good quality. Breakfast and evening meal is at this hotel, lunch is only available in the partner hotel across the road which wasn’t a problem. We had the gold all inclusive package and there was a good amount of free drinks available including a handful of cocktails - though I must add that all inclusive cocktails were not the same as if you pay for them. But I thought they tasted great so all good. I think hotel entertainment etc might have been at the partner hotel across the road. Not something which interested us so can’t comment on that. It felt like Janero was the noisier hotel with more children etc, while Concord was the quieter peaceful hotel. The staff are friendly and do an amazing job. Cleaners keep everything spotless. Kitchen staff serve amazing food. Reception staff friendly and informative.The bar staff work hard so there’s little to no wait for a drink which is great.
