Adresse cosy
Malgré 4 jours de pluie nous avons passé un très bon séjour au sein de cet hôtel chaleureusement décoré, le personnel était très accueillant, des jeux à disposition, des friandises aussi 😉 et un restaurant de très bonne qualité.

Une belle expérience
Hôtel très original, bien pensé dans les détails, dans un cadre sublime. La chambre Musique est vraiment surprenante à 1500m d'altitude.

Un séjour top, nous avions déjà réservé un restau mais si c était à refaire nous aurions mangé sur place, les plats donnaient envie et la déco est vraiment top.

Geweldige lokatie op de top van de Col de Aravis. Leuke kamer (Wij overnachten in de sport kamer) en heerlijk gegeten. Uitgebreid ontbijt met heerlijk pistache cake. Al met al een zeer geslaagd verblijf gehad.

Absolument génial. Un cadre magnifique,des chambres très confortables et propres. Une décoration des chambres très originale suivants les thèmes. L' accueil par le personnel de l'établissement est au top. Le restaurant propose une très belle carte et vous regale. On profite également de la cheminée ce qui rend le cadre agréable et chaleureux. 10/10 à tout les niveaux. Je recommande +++

Confinement , remboursement ????
Lundi 16 mars 20H notre président annonçait le confinement pour le lendemain midi; j'avais réservé pour les 3 nuits du lundi-jeudi; pas de possibilité de réaliser ce séjour dans les conditions légales car je réside en IDF.
L'hotel n'était certes pas fermé, mais la station de La Clusaz fermait et demandait expressément sur son site web aux clients de rentrer chez eux; malgré cela :
Aucun report de date proposé par l'hotel;
Aucun remboursement proposé;

Stay here.
Stay here ! Here is a really fun and cozy hotel. Walk out from the door and you have the nature and hiking right outside the door. Inside is so nice. Warm and a lot of nice and speciell interiour decoration. We stayed in the musicroom. It was guitars and recordplayer to use. So fun. Clean and comfartable bathroom. If i shall complain about one thing it is the bed. The bed is hard and not so comfy. But overall it is a very nice place and i want to come back.
