"Pésimo servicio, llegamos y nos dijeron que no existía la reserva que hicimos tres meses atrás y que no nos podían devolver el dinero, en las plataformas como esta de Hoteles.com, Despegar y otras los precios no son los verdaderos según ellos es una estafa y no han sido capaces de poner denuncias ..."
