"The hotel has cockroaches, and I didn’t even stay longer than an hour. I left and will never ever book this hotel ever again. In fact I booked a different hotel at my own costs additional to these ones that were nonrefundable due to the conditions of this hotel."

"I arrived not knowing there were no elevators, they accommodated me to a lower floor. The manager accused our room of being loud when it was our neighbors. They moved me to a different room next to pool when Icomplainedmy reservation was for a bigger room. The employees allowed loud noise to watch a game on TV so we couldn't even hear ours in our room i. Lots of yellow algea in pool corners water looked mirkey. Pretty small pool. No credit on the lower quality room. Parking is bad if you need to move your vehicle and someone parks behind you. The girl attendant was kind but manager could use some people skills, not acuse people without evidence. "

"This place was like stepping on to another planet. Beautiful pool, rooms, lobby, very helpful staff. Freddie was the star of the show!"
