We had to call their number to get someone to let us into the hotel, as we had arrived later than 11:30 pm. Make sure to consider this when and if booking. "The property is both a a spa frequented by retirees and family vacation spot. It reminded of what a Catskills resort might have been like. The pool was crowded with families and younger couples in the hot wx of July. The dining was excellent; staff were friendly. It is close to two UNESCO World Heritage towns, Baeza and Ubeda. We were only there overnight but had a good impression."

"Staff was very courteous, Laura at the reception desk and Jose (Josefa) in the breakfast area.
We had poor internet reception in our suite and Laura contacted the phone company hoping to solve the issue. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved after our 3 day stay."

"There was no coffee maker in room, no welcome bottle of water for guests on their first day check in and the worse part was that no taxi available to take us to the Bus station, we had to walk with our luggage all the way to the bus station 😞"
