The overall experience was great. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful even though there was a difference in language. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. Nightly events were fun and engaging.
One feedback I would like to share, I do think the hotel has a sewer backup issue. They were days my room smelt like sewage. I did place a request in for them to check it out. Issue was temporary solved but found it's way too my family rooms which was next to my room. But overall I had a experience.

Amazing villa. Very clean. Fresh. Well equipped. Stunning views from pool area. Amazing staff at the other end of a message to answer all queries.
Very central to shops, restaurants beach. All within 10 min walk.
We will definitely be returning to Cassangular by upper in the future.
