“The hotel is clean and functional. The AC is very useful in the summer. But my check-in process was very bad. The self check-in machine asked me to pay (I already paid Expedia in full when making the booking) for my booking, but always show errors when I tried to pay. Called the hotel by phone, was told someone was coming in “a few minutes”, but I ended up waiting for a whole hour, on the street outside the hotel, before someone showed up.”

“Nice bright room, recently decorated , had a small shower room and toilet and a separate sink area within bedroom. Basic but adequate , no hairdryer. Nice communal kitchen with lounge area, books to read, bicycle storage room. Price expensive for what essentially is a good hostel rather than hotel accommodation . Complicated check-in procedure as no front desk , all communications in Spanish and not done through Hotels direct but through my WhatsApp account. This annoyed me . Information should……

“Nice location with beautiful views and easy access to the beach and town. The hotel was pleasant overall, but an important heads-up for future guests: the rooms do NOT have air conditioning. This was not clear to us at the time of booking and significantly affected our comfort. I recommend confirming this before booking, especially during the warmer months.”
