The male receptionist was unwelcoming, unhelpful, and obstructive.
The lady receptionist was welcoming friendly and helpful.
There appeared to be no shops supermarkets or restaurants nearby.
Local bus connections to the city centre were good and only cost 1.20€

Soap and shampoo dispensers available but no skin lotion nor toothpaste. No facial tissues either. Bottled Water for sale in mini fridge.
Very helpful front desk who helped me booked the Alsa bus to my next destination. Hotel is located within a 10 minute walk to the central bus station and the same distance to Centro Botin and the waterfront. Within walking distance to restaurant and bars. Room is large.

The room was nice and the accommodation very well located in the centre of Santander. The owner was very helpful, particularly with our bicycle storage. Although the bathroom facilities were shared, they were very clean and well maintained.
