Welcome to our fully equipped studio, located in the heart of La Possession, in a secure and quiet residence.<br>With its perfectly optimized layout and its private terrace of 10 m², this accommodation offers a comfortable and functional setting, ideal for a professional stay, a transfer, studies or holidays on the island.<br>The studio benefits from a strategic location: all shops are within walking distance (bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, Saturday morning market, banks, doctors, post office...), bus line 16 of the Kar'ouest network is at the foot of the residence, and access to the four-lane road is in less than 5 minutes. An ideal central point to easily radiate to the north and south of the island.<br>You arrive with your suitcases, everything is ready.<br><br>Located on the first floor (without elevator) of a small building, the apartment and its terrace overlook the back of the building on the mountain side.<br>The living space is air-conditioned and carefully furnished to provide long-lasting comfort, whether for a few days or several weeks.<br>You will find:<br>• A new sofa bed (February 2026) with a 21 cm thick mattress, offering top-of-the-range bedding comfort for daily sleeping.<br>• A high-speed fiber connection, ideal for teleworking and video conferencing<br>• A smart TV + orange TV<br>• A fully equipped kitchen: hob, classic coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and complete crockery<br>• A bathroom with shower<br>• A washing machine<br>The terrace allows you to enjoy a pleasant exterior for your meals or moments of relaxation.<br>A private and assigned parking space is included in the residence, secured by electric gates.<br>Sliding scale rates are available for extended stays.<br>The accommodations are non-smoking inside (terrace allowed).<br><br>The reception is provided by our concierge, who will be present to give you the keys and accompany you during your installation.<br>We remain available throughout your stay if necessary.
