There was a misunderstanding on booking on my part as I was not sure what days I would stay in Arequipa, The staff bent over backwards to a accommodate me and help me out. The place is really nice and close to points of interest.

The hotel was beautiful and staff were amazing and helpful. They made me a lunch bag for one of my tours; that was a huge plus for me. Hotel is walking distance to plaza de armas and restaurants. I really recommend it.

"When we showed up for our confirmed reservation, no one was there. We cashed the number and they told us the entire place was closed because they were repainting. So we had to hurry and find a new place to sleep late at night."
