One of the best locations in all of PGA West! Unmatched unobstructed panoramic views & sunsets beyond the magnificent Santa Rosa Mountains & the 5th and 6th fairways of the Weiskopf Private. This exceptional home has an open floor plan that is recognized as one of the very best at PGA West. Enter the home through the large courtyard. The kitchen is part of a great group with views of the back yard, pool, dining area and features a large granite center island & granite counter tops.

3-Amazing! Sunnylands Center & Gardens first opened to the public in March 2012. Upon entering the 15-acre site, a winding driveway takes visitors through a desert art garden to the glass facade of Sunnylands Center. The spacious, contemporary building houses a rotating art exhibition, cafe, gift shop, and multimedia offerings that detail the history of Sunnylands and its founders, Walter and Leonore Annenberg.

Our number one goal is that you have a great time! PGA West is one of the last nice gated communities in the Desert that allows rentals of less than 30 days. Let's keep it that way.

For any stay of over 27 nights, you will be required to fill out a RentSpree application and wire or Zelle a deposit equal to one month's rent.

Absolutely no parties or events. 6 adults MAX, absolutely no noise above quiet conversation outside after 930pm. The minimum age for responsible renter is 30. 3 cars max. Fines range from $2,000-$5,000. If you are planning any kind of birthday party, bachelor or bachelorette party, this is not the home. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing weekend at PGA West, a World Class golf community, this is the home for you!

The pool heat is on-demand, meaning we do not heat it when it's not in use or when no guests are staying. It heats up about 3 degrees per hour and it can get down into the 60's during the winter so if you want it heated upon your arrival please keep that in mind and notify us. October Through the end of May the charge is $100/day if pool heating is paid upfront for every day of the stay or $125/day if not. Spa only heating is $40/day if prepaid for the entire stay and $70/day if not. Most resorts heat pools into the low 80's we allow guests that pay for pool heat to heat pool to the mid-80's and spas as high as they like. Please keep in mind, mid-winter, larger pools will have a hard time even reaching mid-80's, pool temperature is not guaranteed, however, generally low to mid 80's is common, even mid-winter. For longer term stays the owner will pay the first $300/month of gas and electricity, for longer stays anything over $300 will be paid by the tenant.

During the colder months, the pool and spa cannot be efficiently heated at the same time. It's best to heat the pool to the desired temp, then start heating the spa about 45 minutes prior to use. If you elect to pay for pool heat, you can message us 24 hours prior to arrival to start heating the pool. We recommend that you download the app and control the temperature yourself upon arrival.

Pets are subject to owner approval and may or may not be approved. If they are approved a pet fee applies. Please inquire with breed, age, and weight of your pet prior to booking. No Cats Allowed.

Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500

If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.

The desert has extreme temperatures, including sustained daytime temperatures of over 100 degrees. With such high temperatures, ACs can struggle to cool homes by more than 25 degrees. Boatman bugs are common in pools with biologically safe water. If food is left out, ants will come, and if doors are left open, flies will come.
These are a part of life in the desert and not grounds for a refund.
We use the top pest control, pool cleaners, and home cleaners in the area. Please contact us if you have an issue, and we will do our best to assist.
When it's windy, a perfectly clean pool will not remain perfectly clean for long


Cancellation policy and procedures


Our cancellation policy is a 100% refund for cancellations at least 60 days in advance. Guest is charged 50% 59 days prior to arrival. 50% refund for cancellations at least 30 days in advance. Guest is charged the remaining 50% balance 29 days prior to arrival. Cleaning fee refund only for cancellations within 30 days.


Our goal is to keep our prices as competitive as possible, in order to keep them competitive it's important that we avoid the losses that come from cancellations.


Owners of these properties depend on the income and last-minute cancellations result in lost revenue through vacancy and lower prices.


For those that don't like the risk that comes with cancellation policies, we strongly recommend you look into travel insurance.

If you didn't purchase the travel insurance offered, you will likely not get any refund.


To ask for an exception to our policy you must first cancel your reservation by sending us an email, or a text message. Exceptions are up to individual owners and are very rare. Your best chance is to ask for a credit to be used for a booking for the same property.


The credit can to be used within the window you cancelled. Ie. If you cancel 3 days before your stay and the owners payout is $4500, you didn't purchase travel insurance you may ask for a credit to be used to reserve the same property no more than 3 days before the drag you want to use the credit for.

"I had to cancel because my kids are sick. I didn't purchase the recommended travel insurance. My stay is 3 days away. I'm requesting a credit for the owner payout amount to be used to reserve the same property 3 days before our stay. I.e, we want to stay August 23rd so I will make a request on August 20th if the unit is still available.

We will share this with the owner and encourage them to allow us to agree.

Anniversary Getaway
We celebrated our anniversary with 3 adult family members. The house was a great fit for our family. It has a covered outdoor patio, but no pool shade. We ended up buying an umbrella at Home Depot, problem solved. Gorgeous golf course and Mountain Views. We have been coming out to La Quinta for 20+ years. This house had our favorite view yet.

Great Potential
The home has such potential, the location is superb, the neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet. As far as the rental goes there is some work to be done. Inside the home there were several outlets that didn't work, the kitchen was minimally stocked as far as dishes go. The dishes were mismatched and chipped. The oven doesn't hold the temp, it was set to 350 and cooking at about 450. We were given the wrong code for the casita and the internet; the pool and spa controls did not work, leaving one to guess how hot the spa was getting. To turn on / off you had to go to the pump and manually operate it (requiring some knowledge on how this all works). Several calls were made and a lot of promises that never materialized. The communication with the owners / managers - they were very quick to respond to our calls but unfortunately did nothing to resolve the issues listed above. I do not recommend this property unless the pool/spa are fixed. Both my husband and I left feeling like we needed a vacation!

our stay
the owner and manager were very nice and it was an easy booking. there were some small things lacking like the master shower gave no hot water so first night i took a cold shower. after a few days we learned that something was not plugged it at water heater so once my husband did that it worked. also cable tv was not working but after a few days we fixed it ourselves by playing w/ cable box to get it plugged in. the lighting was very dim in evenings in living room. we do appreciate how they were honest about the days the home was cleaned and sitting empty during covid times for us before our checkin. we wanted one that was a few days and this ways. i appreciated that a lot. great community to stay in. great for riding bikes, not much car traffic at all, gated area. my son loved climbing the trees in that community and running around on some of the grassy areas and riding his bike w/ us. there is a trail right outside the gate that we went on once too which was nice. super quiet community which we loved
