Cet hébergement de vacances est situé sur le port de plaisance aux Minimes, près de la plage et du parc des paires.   
Il est en au 3ème étage et offre une vue imprenable sur le port, l'océan et la plage. Il se compose d'une entrée, d'un séjour donnant sur un balcon offrant une vue sur le port, dans le séjour, un canapé (offrant deux couchages en 90cm) avec coin tv, un coin nuit avec un lit 140cm pouvant être fermé via les portes coulissantes, une cuisine équipée séparée avec un lave-vaisselle, une salle d'eau avec lave-linge.   
  
Les Plus de cette location à la mer : balcon vue sur le port, salon de jardin, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, plage et port au pied de la résidence.Ménage inclus. Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur La Rochelle (quartier des Minimes). La wifi internet, les draps et le linge de toilette ne sont pas inclus dans la location. Il s'agit d'un service optionnel à réserver auprès de l'agence.
