"The ambiance of the hotel is very special from when you first walk in to the surrounding area. It is so well situated if you want to be in the historic part of Valencia. Everything is within walking distance. The location is also very close to any transit needs you might have. The train station is a 20 minute walk, metro stations close by and many bus options available. I highly recommend it."

"Good air conditioning in the room, strong water pressure, strong hair dryer, and lots of hot water! The room was really quiet. I was also thankful for the fridge. The staff I spoke with were fantastic. I didn't have the breakfast so I can't comment on that. I used the shuttle for the airport; I do believe there is a surcharge for this, but it was nice to have it pre-booked. The only slight downfall is that a car cannot drop you off or pick you up in front of the hotel (or at least my taxis...

"Room was very noisy all day and throughout the night and there was a chemical damp smell in the room. The floors were covered in someone else’s black hair upon arrival which was unpleasant. Location is good but could definitely find a better place for the price."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Apart from the roof there wasn’t much indoor space to lounge, etc. The room was a good size and decorated to a high standard but lacked storage in all areas. Great location as very central and parking was close and easy (as long as you have a smallish car). Breakfast was limited but okay quality. If you didn’t eat on the roof then the space inside was very limited. All in all it’s a typical boutique hotel."

"Very well-located hotel in the best part of Valencia’s city center, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and many of the city's main attractions. The location made it easy to explore Valencia on foot while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of the area. The room was spacious and perfect for our family of three. The staff was very accommodating and provided everything I requested, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for families visiting Valencia."

"Property was in a fabulous location. Staff extremely helpful and attentive. Our room was massive but was let down by lack of view from balcony and the smell of smoke in the room. Sadly the hotel has little control of ignorant guests smoking in non-smoking rooms!!!!"
