Reserva no ajustada a la realidad
Reservamos un apartamento de 5 personas. Al llegar nos habían cambiado la habitación sólo para 2, y éramos 4 adultos y 1 niña, a pesar de haber avisado la semana anterior vía email y teléfono. Tuvimos que dormir en un sofá (véase foto) y un plegatín pequeño 3 personas. Además, nos quería cobrar como si hubiéramos estado en un apartamento de 5 plazas. Un auténtico engaño.
