"This hotel was very clean and very luxurious. They had a bidet and the window blinds automatically close and open using a wall remote by the bed. The house keeper came to your room every day. Our housekeeper Josephine was great and the travel tour guide Noelani was great. She gave me all the information I needed to have an amazing time in Waikiki"

"The property is beautiful. It is across the street and 1/2 blk from the beach.close to shops and places to eat. The rooms were fine and clean. Loved the pools and pool towels were provided. There was a nice cafe at the entrance that had great breakfasts. (Lunch too at cafe and pool bar had evening meals). Staff was very helpful. Our flight back to mainland was in evening and we were able to use the pool all day after checking out & there was a hospitality room we could use to shower before flight. All in all we had a great time there"

"Room was clean but the refrigerator door was broken prevent it from closing completely so this made it difficult to open the sliding door to the closet for hanging our clothes. The bedding needs improvement. The mattress is not comfortable. Could be more plush. The bed linen was clean but not impressive."
