Beautiful chateaux - and excellent location in terms of proximity to Saint Emilion. Rooms were great and staff were extremely helpful. Big call out to Veren in the restaurant and wine bar - very attentive, funny and a great ambassador.
One suggestion would be for the hotel to run a shuttle bus to Bordeaux a couple of time a day - either free or for a charge - Uber was about €120 into the city albeit much cheaper coming back - would be a nice touch if the hotel wanted to consider it.
Overall a fantastic stay - thank you and would recommend it without hesitation (check out the frogs in the lake too - a real frog chorus!)

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful rooms, lovely garden to sit in. Vert good food but outstanding service. Every staff member went above and beyond but especially Paul Rucciza, Concierge..anticipated our needs in every way. I highly recommend this hotel.
