The room had just been mopped upon check in so the floors were still wet but it smelled good and clean. Water was plenty hot. There was a dead roach behind the bathroom door and several wall fixtures missing. The AC was good and cold, would freeze you out. It was fairly quiet until the early morning hours when you can hear every step from the room above. I would ask for an upstairs room if I ever stay again. This was a convenient place to stay, not far from the coliseum which is why I picked it. A little run down, but you get what you pay far. It's decent for the price.

It wasn’t bad but wasn’t super clean and didn’t seem efficient in how it was operating.

Customer service great pool area needs to be bigger

The room was great! Clean, smelled good, plenty of clean towels and rags. It had a fridge for us to use. The staff downstairs was very friendly.
