Room was nice and bed comfortable. Hot water to take shower took at least 10 minutes to get warm water. Returned to room in evening and no housekeepers had refreshed the room. Had to go to front desk and order towels, water and coffee. When I complained about lack housekeeping the clerk asked it I requested it. I said no I didn’t know I needed to. He told me they only service the rooms every 3 days. There was nothing posted in the room. How would I have known that? They did bring the needed supplies in 1 hour. There was mold in shower between tiles. Shower door was “sprung” so the water went all over the floor. Casino was clean but not a winning place.

The bathroom was not clean. Mirror dirty. Sink had beard hair. The air conditioner sounded like an animal was trying to escape from it at times.

We arrived late due to an accident on I-10. I don't usually stay at Hampton Inn's however no other choice due to having our furry friend with us. $75 is a steep free, but they can get away with it bc no choice. I did find another location after our stay but it wasn't close to the Interstate. Elevator was on the fritz and so was the printer. No meat choices though the sausage usually offered with these free breakfast isn't usually the best. It still would have have made for a good breakfast sandwich, for me anyway. The staff made up for any shortcomings.

Only problem we had was that there is no doorbell or whatever other means available after hrs. We made a late reservation and didn't get there til about 01:45 am. Sign on the window that they were sold out, and door locked. I had to keep pounding on the window to get someone to come out of the back ...
