The hotel is tired, needs a refresh! The hall carpets seem old and worn out. Our room was ok, the bathroom has recently been updated but is really small.
The furniture in the rooms was old and worn out as was were the very uncomfortable chairs to sit in to relax. Just an ok stay!

All ok but wanted to check out later as elderly mum couldn't sleep, the receptionist was reluctant to accommodate us, that is fine but be nice please, just a little empathy would have been great.
Moved to Jacksons,staff were absolutely amazing. Bojo at reception was exceptional.
