“If possible I would give this hotel 0 stars but I have to give it 1 star. I booked this hotel through Expedia and got trip insurance just in case my family visiting from across the world had a delay. “Upon check-in the CSR was very vague, didn't tell us where the coffee was or that there was a washer & dryer and ice machine on site. On our first night we went to the hot tub and pool and they were DIRTY! The hot tub had black mold around the rim and greenish gunk all over the stairs. The pool was super cloudy and over chlorinated. We didn't return to the next day.
