"This hotel was so so. Communications were seamless, they sent a driver to pick me up and check in was a breeze. So far, so good. However, the housekeeper never replenished the toilet paper, which obviously isn't ideal. And on one of the two days I was there, the staff forgot to place my breakfast order even though there was only one other customer at the restaurant, so I ended up going diving without breakfast. In their defense, the staff gave me a croissant for the road, which was nice, but...
