I lived on the ground floor . The smell in my room was not pleasant as if I lived in a basement. The reason is that the windows couldn’t be opened because the owner made them stuck. Sterile environment. Hallways were bare white. Staff not very friendly they just followed rules. We could not get a one hr early check in even though the hotel had low occupancy. We had too ask for extra pillows, none in closet. No bath mat. The soap dispenser was on the opposite wall of the sink. ...
