"I only spent one night there, but I loved the grounds and the Spanish architecture with authentic wooden doors and windows. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were courteous and helpful. Because I was there only one night, me and my sister ended up having breakfast outside of the hotel, so we didn’t get to try the food. But I definitely would stay there again and I would definitely recommend it to others."

"Safe as heck, comfortable and well ran, sometimes. Private parking, good rates ( if it fits you like a glove) Giant garden area, the complimentary breakfast is kinda laughable but their menu is pretty lit. Good if you have a pet, although they continue to violate federal law by charging for service animals even though it’s against the country’s laws and stated in my reservation, actually atthey need to stop doing that. Period. Stop discriminating against people whose disability you can’t see. If...

"The property is beautiful, and the decorations for Noche de Ánimas were thoughtful. Although it wasn’t a pleasant stay. We were there for only one night - from the 29th to the 30th. I understand things happen; power cuts, amenity issues, etc, especially in a place that is overcrowded with tourists for only a few days a year. We didn’t have electricity or hot water from ~midnight to ~10am. The lady working there seemed annoyed that we were asking her for help. No “sorry” or any kind of...

"While it was helpful that after a couple days in an extremely noisy room I was able to switch, what I ended up with was a room with a rather uncomfortable bed and, worst of all, no hot water. So for about 4 or 5 days of my stay I had to basically just quickly rinse off. Fine if I'm camping but not what I expect at a hotel. The location was handy but I'd never stay at this hotel again."
