Great location near the Black Rock, a little bit far from the Whaler Village but that's probably a good thing as it gets very crowded over there. Nice beach in front of the property, a couple of dining options on premises as well. Food is passable. Good service, especially when you're lounging near the pool. Not much to complain about -- our room seemed like it was recently renovated but it's definitely not latest and greatest finishes there, although it was pretty clean. I just kind of expected more for the price but the location is really nice. Daily replenishment soaps, shampoo, conditioner are just ok. Lots of new and clean towels every day. The mattress was very uncomfortable, not breathable - so my wife and I kept waking up in the middle of the night either sweating or having back pain. The mattress would probably get a 2 out of 5 stars to be honest. Self parking is paid by day, first day is complimentary. Beautiful sunsets every night. Overall, we were pleased but probably wouldn't go back to Sheraton in Maui or any other resort on the West side of the island. Also, if you want to eat at any of the restaurants in the resort area, expect to wait hours in line to be seated -- too many people and not enough seating for everyone. We ended up driving to other areas for more casual restaurants and food trucks.
