“The hotel was rated 4 stars I booked a family room felt like a hostel. it was self checking no staff available for service after 6. Noisy street at night and morning the room had no view and the hotel does not have a direct access to the lake as mentioned and as shown in the picture.
Staying in a area like zel um see this hotel is not good for relaxing or enjoying the beautiful city, this is my third visit to Austria and this trip was 15 days long this hotel stay was the wrist of all.

“Great location. Great breakfast. At check out I was told that I owed an additional city travel pass I was supposedly given at check in. If I was given the pass I was never informed. And if I was given something, I should have never been charged.”

Staff were very friendly dot and helpful.
We had the sea view which was nice but noisy due to trains running through the night. Maybe best to book Mountain View.
Hotel is close to the spa and town centre. Great location.”
“Hotel was a lovely family run hotel. We had a family room which consisted of two adjoining bedrooms with one bathroom of the main bedroom. There was a balcony that looked towards the mountains that we enjoyed sitting on in the evening to watch the sun set. Room was comfortable and clean.
I hadn’t realised when booking that in the summer months the restaurant isn’t open in the evenings. Whilst there are lots of lovely eateries in Zell Am See for us this was an inconvenience simply that we……
