Rooftop sauna area was lovely but pool the floors down sadly.
Shocked at being charged 5€ a day for “ energy costs” when checking out!!!!
No replacement of coffee pods or tea bags- very mean for a 4 star hotel. We slept ok but some may find train noisy outside our window. Rhine view nice and citibikes to hire on site - very handy and cheap!

Very good location near old town. One issue we had in our initial room was that the AC did not work and after many technicians looked at it they eventually did the right thing and moved us. Julia at the front desk was most helpful and she got us an upgrade room that made it feel better. The food choices are a bit limited but Oscars Rest was very good although a bit pricy. Breakfast was fantastic but again a little pricy.

The hotel is situated just across the road from the main railway station.
The central business district is a 5 minute flat walk from the hotel and the old town a 12 minute flat walk from the hotel.
The staff are very friendly, polite, helpful and professional.
The rooms are clean and spacious with tea and coffee making facilities.
Highly recommended.
