PODERE BENEVENTO is the family farmhouse ... immersed in a typical Tuscan hilly landscape ... stands against the blue sky among the vineyards.
Not far away is the famous THEATER OF SILENCE by Andrea Bocelli which every year in July hosts celebrities from all over the world and enlivens the life of the delightful medieval village of Lajatico,
 an unforgettable night that lights up the silent valley with music and colors,
 an exciting concert between the yellow of the freshly harvested wheat and the red of the sunset sky.

Podere Benevento is located in the hills between Pisa and Volterra; traveling less than 1 km you will reach the main road from which you can reach the FI-PI-LI highway in 15 minutes and arrive in Piazza dei Miracoli in Pisa in about 30 minutes. Other beautiful cities nearby are Lucca (90 km), Florence (70 km), Siena (70 km), Monteriggioni (60 km), Certaldo (40km) and Volterra (20 km), an Etruscan city with Roman and medieval remains and more. S. Gimigmano (30 km) city of many towers.

Podere Benevento has been renovated maintaining the old structure, flat bricks on the ground, beams on the ceiling, and furnished with late nineteenth century family furniture.
Outside, available to guests, a large garden with parking facilities, a 4 X 9 meter swimming pool (equipped with deck chairs, sun beds and shower), barbecue, table for dinners, bicycles for walks. It is also possible to taste the wine we produce and have freshly milked milk and other products from the nearby biodynamic farm (100 meters).
The house consists of 3 residential units: the barn, Carmen house and Cesira house.
