Bathroom was very mouldy and dirty. Stayed 9 nights with no fresh towels or sheets. Noisy dog at the property. Position was great @nd very quiet.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment for 10 nights. On review of photos and other reviews these apartments are all different and it seems a bit of luck what room you get. Our apartment overall was ok, but the furniture was tired, the beds sank in the middle, the bathrooms had mould in the drains and a horrible smell, every bedrooms window had gaps and a wind constantly blowing in. The cleaning in the apartment wasn’t great with dirt and dust through out. The property itself was great, the gardens and pool were fantastic as well as the gym and sauna. Communication from reception about baby cot and after hours check in was great so no faults there. Location is also really good in a nice quote area set back from the beach but walking distance to cafes, bars and restaurants.

Nice to see maintenance testing the pool every morning. Didn’t really feel safe having a shower needing to step into a deep jacuzzi tub or in the rooms

"Amazing stay for our 20th wedding anniversary. We stayed in one of the Spa cabins and it was just lovely. Great facilities with a spa in the cabin, a heated pool and small sauna. The on site restaurant is fabulous and bushwalks right on your door. You really can't ask for more! We loved it so much ..."
