There was no staff. A phone call to someone gave me the room number and door lock code.
Arrived in a rainstorm. The light switch inside did not turn on anything. The only other lights in the main room were on either side of the bed.
The bathroom door was a barn door that stuck on its track and was very difficult to open or close
It was cold with the rain so I went to adjust the heating element. The remote control was only in Celsius so I had to find the conversion from my phone.
I called the number to cancel the remainder of my stay and complain saying I wanted the remainder of my stay paid thru Hotels.com to be refunded to my credit card. Haven't heard yet.
I was not happy.
