Coffee/breakfast set up was convenient & nice for a motel.
Cons:
Bathroom door did not completely close.
TV's sound would continuously go loud then low - a bit annoying. To be fair we didn't ask the front desk to fix it. We had no time for this.

"The hotel is beautiful from top to bottom, with first-rate and spacious facilities. Appreciated having a restaurant and bar on site. The best night's sleep of my 9-day trip. "

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Avid Hotel Roseville. It’s in a great location, there is a parking lot which is a big bonus. Upon checking in we were greeted, and the front desk staff was kind & knowledgeable. We got a king size bed, the bed & room was cozy, the aesthetic was very modern. The breakfast options were also very good. We loved it so much that we’ve already booked our next trip with them. We would recommend this hotel. "
"It was an older building, but very clean and quiet. The pool was nice and they have a large whirlpool and sauna. The location is great, really close to tons of shopping and restaurants and only 5-10 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. The staff was friendly. The beds were very comfortable, but I like a firm bed. It was nice to lay on a hotel bed and not roll into a hole in the middle. Best of all, it didnt smell like weed in the hallways, which has happened at every other hotel in the mpls area that I've stayed at. Would definitely stay here again. "
