Welcome to Fireside Cabin. This lovely three bedroom, two bath home has something for everyone. The large living room, kitchen, and dining room areas are great for entertaining, relaxing and keeping the family together. The master bedroom is located upstairs in the open loft. From the wrap-around deck, you'll enjoy the mountain and wooded views. On cooler nights, sit out on the stone deck under the stars, light a fire in the large outdoor chimney, and make memories that will last a lifetime. Rainy days won't spoil your vacation, not here. In the lower level of the home, you can play table tennis, board games, or rent a movie from the Wellness Center and take advantage of the large flat screen TV with surround sound. This home comes with a washer/dryer. With so much to do in the home, remember, you and your family are only a three minute drive to all of the amenities. The indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room are open all year round, as well as the gym, movie rentals, business center, spa, and salon. During the summer, spend hours relaxing at the beach on Lake Lure or lounging next to the Trout Stream Pool. Take a few laps around the Lazy River where the current moves so you don't have to. Come to Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure- where the only thing we overlook is the lake. CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00\. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages. HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, sheets, and linens are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit. There is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery. There was a fake plant that was covered in dust in living room. Shampoo stains on shower curtains and very loose kitchen sink faucet. Musty and moldy smell to. We called guest services the day we arrived they said they would get back with us never did.
