Welcoming reception, and nice hot tub amenity. Room was spacious with full kitchenette, comfortable king bed, and electric faux fireplace.

Staff friendly all around

The house is beautifully decorated and well-maintained. However, I experienced some challenges with communication. Unfortunately, prior to the arrival date I did not receive a response to my phone call or message from the host or property management. Additionally, the instructions provided for accessing the house did not align with the actual lock, causing some confusion and delayed my check-in. On the check-in day, Expedia was kind enough to step in and assist, placing me on hold while they sought a response from the host. Although I requested an early check-in by two hours, the response was delayed, which affected my ability to access the property on time. I believe the experience could be greatly improved with more timely and responsive communication. I would consider recommending this property if communication were more efficient.

Lovely place, can’t say anything bad. Very spacious, for an INN, it felt like I stayed at a resort. Great room, bed and amenities. Loved my stay.
