“The hotel wasn’t acting like a 5* hotel. The facilities are good but the staff was extremely rude and incompetent. We were welcomed with no toilet paper in our room (like none) and no hair conditioner. The biggest shock for me was the receptionist who supposed to receive a package which I phoned earlier about and it was rejected 3 times with no phone call to me. “This place is Awesome!!! It is a small boutique hotel located right on the edge of Old Town. The owner, Dimitar, was there to greet us upon our arrival. He took the time to explain all of the points of interest in the area and even gave us excellent suggestions on where to eat. He even suggested a great hotel to stay at on our next stop, which was Veliko Tarnovo. His place is like a museum and he treats everyone like family. He even joined us for breakfast. You won't be disappointed with this……
