"Very poor wi-fi. Right now there is construction and a lot of noise. I believe owners were supposed to inform about construction on there website. Mosquitoes in the room and they doing nothing to eliminate this issue. I was staying in this hotel 5 or 6 times and everything was great. Now is new owner and all respect to customers gone. Suggest to avoid this hotel for your stay in Plovdiv."

"First of all it is wrongly advertised in your website. It say there is free wifi, but not in the rooms. The only available WiFi is in the common areas downstairs. This makes it difficult if you want to work remotely without distractions from reception and other clients. Higyene was poor. Broken tiles on floor.
