The conditions of the flat are good but unfortunally the reception is terrible. Due the staff only speak Italian and we not, we understood that the checkout gonna be at 1pm and on the next morning we left to know the city and go to the supermarket to buy food to make a lunch at the accomodation and plan to leave at 12:40 pm. So, when we went back at 12pm the cleaner knocked on the door in a very rude way asking us to leave the accomodation at the same time (we were with 2 elderly people) and I tried to explain in half Italian that we understood wrong but she turn back and leaves me speaking alone. 5 minutes later the receptionist comes in the same way and ask me to pick up my things and leave. So, I calmily started to explain another time my mistake and asking to stay 40 minutes more explaining that I´m apologizing and saying that I was be able to pay for the passed time. She answer me that was not possible beacuse they had another guests to arrive and won´t be able to leave me remain a few minutes more. In this time I don´t know why she started to say that if I sat there she will call the police. After that I asked to pay one stay more and she asked me 72 euros (and how about the new guests?) .I refuse to pay 72 euros more for 40 minutes so we have to leave the place as fugitives.
I understand my mistake but this people work with hospitality and called themselves a company. It is very serious. I felt ourselves totally
mistreated.I hope the hotels.com take an action too!
