Front desk lady was extremely nice and friendly. She let us check in early and gave us a brief description about the area and hiking options. Hotel is very clean and has all the amenities we needed for the day. We enjoyed walking around the village. Hors des circuits touristiques, ce bijou d’hôtel a été un plus dans nos vacances. À quelques pas des thermes et au pieds du mont Iti, Sofia nous a accueilli en français. Et quoi de mieux qu’un petit-déjeuner absolument généreux et délicieux pour commencer la journée! Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit dans cet hôtel mais l'accueil, en français, est vraiment agréable. L'hôtel situé dans un village thermal offre une situation géographique idéale et un confort parfait. Amateurs de SPA, faites vous plaisir!!! Merci à Sofia pour cet échange sur la situation économique de la région. C'était très intéressant, nous avons été émus par cette conversation. Exactly as many other reviews, we found the hotel and room was comfortable, modern, stylish and spotlessly clean. We had an exceptionally warm welcome and great service from the friendly owners. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice including local delicacies. An inappropriate hotel, with a very bad service, an inappropriate breakfast. The bed is not comfortable, the room is not maintained and very old, the light does not work, the balcony is broken and more. The shower is renovated and is the only consolation. Family owned and it’s obvious the owners care about their business. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Located in a quaint little village, it is perfect for a nice relaxing stay. The rooms are rather small, but comfortable and the home cooked tasty breakfast is delicious.
