On our first night we were asked about our impressions of hotel and room.
We were on the first floor, the window overlooked a roof and some sort of wall structure which was both uninspiring and depressing. I made this point, I believe, to Tricia Fitzsimmons the manager.
I felt sure on the strength of this we would be offered an alternative room especially as the hotel was quiet but very disappointingly there was no response.
