“I travel extensively using booking sites like Vrbo for nearly all stays. This is the first time that I have written a negative review about a host.On check-in day, still no check-in info. I sent host a Vrbo msg. No reply for 3 hours. I called Vrbo support. The host calls and says check-in info was in “welcome email”. I told her I didn’t receive it. She asks, “why didn’t you let me know that you did not receive it?”. At one point she says, “I am German. I am very organized”.In condo, I text that……

“The condo kitchen is well equipped, and the place is well located and comfortable. The host is very helpful. I would definitely want to rent from them again. ”

“I’ve stayed here twice before it was an outrigger. This current stay wasn’t bad at all it was just different. You have to rent the umbrellas and chairs for the beach and it isn’t cheap if you’re staying at the hotel as before it was free if you stayed at the hotel. The rooms were upgraded and nice. The lady at the front desk wasn’t welcoming at all. She didn’t acknowledge me until I told her I wanted to check in. If I ever return to the island I would try a different resort.”
