I got a call to bring towels up to my wife in the room who did not have any after being at the pool I walked back to the lobby to get the towels to bring to her in my shorts from the swimming pool. As I got back to my room I got a call to wear a shirt next time. I apologized told them it’s not like I walk around with a shirt off or had done this before there but I was at the pool. It sounded like she didn’t want to even make the phone call. I told her it was a bit rude and my apologies she said it was management that made a big deal about it. I would have signs out then to wear a shirt after being at the pool everywhere if they were to be so easily offended.

They told me. I was gonna get my deposit back and they never gave it back to me and also, they charged me $33 for 2 tiles and said it was damage and they was not damage on them.

The lights didn’t work in the room there wasn’t adequate towels available in room. Breakfast was terrible staff was not readily available for food. I had assumed this property did upgrades however I’ve learned that they haven’t. Will not stay here again. Next door guest were loud until 5am!!! And they only have one ice machine which is on the first floor!

When u arrived at the property my bed linens were dirty. I helped change the sheets. I received no discount for this. The hallway carpeting was filthy. Prior to checking in the property called me to find out what time i would be coming. This was about 3 pm. I explained that i was at the hospital with my father who was dying. I assured them that I was coming. At 8:30 they called me again to find out when I was coming. Seemed very insensitive when I had already explained what was happening and assured them that I was coming. No plates for first breakfast, overall not a great experience.

Had a problem with checking into two rooms . First room the keys wouldn't work tired three different sets. Second room smells like weed and cigarettes. The lady at the front desk was trying her best to help me she gave me some air freshener to try and clear the smell and let the room air out with the windows open. But it was to strong of a smell and the bad part about it the room supposed to be no smoking room. But that didn't help the smell so they hard no other room to give me but the one with the keys not working and if I still have that problem in the morning they would try to give me another room. But the lady was so nice to walk up the room to make sure the keys work I didn't get her name but she works nights and she try her best but I get it she can only do so much on her part. But other then you got people smoking in the hallway stairs doors and kids running up and down the hallways. Breakfast bar was poor that all I can say about it juice machine wasn't working either of the days I was there.

Door handle in bathroom still had paint on it. Repair on wall in bathroom was very noticeable. No towels in bathroom they were located outside the bathroom. No pillows for hide a bed sofa.

This property charged me for a bath rug, saying it was damaged because it had dirt on it. That weekend it rained so it was possible. I could have sworn that the wash machine gets dirt out, right! When I ask for the proof to justify the charge, none was provided and I was told they threw the rug out. I don't care what the reason was, you don't charge a guest a ridiculous fee and then throw the item out that you charge them for before they get to examine the item. How do I know if this allegation of a "bath mat" being damaged is true!

Check in was at three I arrived at 2:50. My room was not ready until 3:35 PM. Get into my room notice only had one set of towels requested from room service for more towels. Did not receive towels until 5:45 PM. I was told my towels were in the washing machine hotel supposed to have towels on standby at all times customer service was poor

Room was a great size and bed was very comfortable. Sofa was comfortable as well and layout of hotel was simple and nice. A few things could have been updated for example our shower curtain had some rings that were falling apart and the sofa had a hole in it. No big deal and had a great stay.
