A cozy and spacious log cabin in the woods, in a private 19 acre setting in Lancaster County, Pa.
Nestled at the edge of the woods, you will find our cabin unique and peaceful, a perfect place for spending time together with family and friends. Fully equipped with range, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, crock-pot, griddle, pots, pans, plates, glassware, utensils, etc. You’ll be all ready for everything from a quick bite to eat to a full family meal! Fox Creek Cabin provides a pleasant, relaxing “cabin in the woods” experience for you, with modern amenities! WiFi, flat-screen smart TVs , appliance’s, a fully appointed kitchen, towels, linens and lots of other stuff to make your stay comfy! The FIRST FLOOR includes a full kitchen, living room, one bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bath. The SECOND FLOOR has three bedrooms and a full bath. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, the other one has two twin beds. The DAYLIGHT BASEMENT space has a sofa and recliner, a large flat-screen and a pool table. A washer and dryer are also available in the lower level. The first floor is accessible via a handicap ramp that leads into the cabin through the screened porch. However, the bathroom is not ADA compliant. Deck area on three sides provides space where you can use the Weber grill and relax on the rockers on the screened porch. A patio with a fire pit and comfortable out door furniture are there for your use as well.

Great cabin

Clean and cozy

Very tidy and well-equipped home. Comfortable beds. Warm and cozy during the snow and wind. Fresh eggs and homemade cookies were a lovely touch. Owners were responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful, beautiful and wonderful

Fox creek Cabin is one of the top vrbo places I’ve stayed in (and we’ve stayed in many). The cabin is immaculately clean, well stocked with amenities, and extremely comfortable. The surrounding is park-like and beautiful. When we’re in the area, we’d love to return and stay here.

Sight and Sound getaway

The cabin was clean and comfortable.Space to spread out, screened in deck, front porch and fire pit area. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable.Very quiet and relaxing,watching all the birds. Would stay again. Cookies from hostess were delicious.

Quilting retreat

We come each year for a quilting retreat with 4 or 5 women. We shop and eat a lot and enjoy sitting on the screened in porch with coffee in the morning and fire in the fire pit at night. Donny and Michelle are always so nice and helpful. We can't say enough about this place.

The Fox Creek Cabin was the perfect place for us. Quiet, clean, homey!! Michelle, we enjoyed the stay. The cookies and fresh eggs were an added benefit. It was well worth the drive from South Carolina. Enjoyed!! Jim, Carol, Elizabeth & Lynn.

Top notch property

This cabin was perfect for a girls getaway. We could tell a lot of thought was put into making their guests feel at home. (Fresh baked cookies and eggs). The beds were super comfy. The grounds are beautiful. The host was lovely and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this property.

Peaceful get away

This is the second time we've stayed here in 6 months. We're already looking forward to our third time, this coming Oct. I wish I knew of cabin in years past. My family and I have stayed at four other locations in Lancaster. As nice as they were, none compared to the cabin.

Home away from home cabin

Absolutely beautiful! The cabin was immaculately clean and the grounds were spacious, very private and simply stunning.. But the best part was having the creek all to ourselves. It couldn't have been more relaxing. And Donny and Michelle have truly created a home away from home atmosphere.

Favorite Vacation Spot!

This is our 3rd time staying in Fox Creek Cabin. It is absolutely perfect for a family get-away. Super close to many Lancaster attractions but off the beaten path so you feel completely safe with the kids running around the property. My boys (ages 4 & 6) LOVE this property. They have an adorable toy room nook, huge sandbox, swing, downstairs tv & pool table. Perfect relaxing get away!!! Can’t wait to go back next year!

It's a challenge to put this place into words. There is a peace that permeates the air here and seeps into your soul the longer you stay. It is restful, and nourishing, and steadying. It immediately feels like "home". Everything you need- and I do mean everything- is somehow exactly where you would expect it to be without any searching needed. It's far better in real life than in pictures. We were blown away. I think when Jesus makes all things new every house may be like this one! Isaiah 32:18

Surprise 80th Birthday Weekend

This was a MAGICAL long weekend in the most beautiful clean well kept fantastic cabin!!! We kidnapped my mother and whisked her away to your amazing home. We had family come in to surprise her from DC, Virginia and Indiana. It was wonderful. Plenty of room for all of us, games every night at the table, fire in the outdoor fire pit, walks along the creek. It was a weekend filled with wonderful family memories. Perfect Cabin Weekend

We were looking for a cozy cabin getaway in the woods and Fox Creek Cabin did not disappoint! The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, the kids loved the toys and little hidden play area upstairs, the property was beautiful, and the wraparound porch and patio area was amazing. We are already talking about another stay, possibly in the summer or early fall to really be able to appreciate and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding woods and creek. And of course, the cookies and eggs were much appreciated!

Fox Creek Cabin Friends Reunion

Fox Creek Cabin was perfect for our girls getaway weekend. Cozy, comfortable and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. Michelle is awesome, and provided us with delicious cookies and fresh eggs. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed watching all of the birds at the feeder. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Retreat with friends

Using the word cabin reduces how fantastic this home truly is. Comfortable, well equipped, well maintained, cozy house. The weather did not cooperate for outdoor activities but, this home provided amazing comfort for 5 adults who get together once a year. Great screened porch that allows for outdoor living on the rainiest days. Everything as described and more. Thank you so much for sharing your home with the most important group of folks in my life.

Peace and Tranquility

Fox Creek Cabin was everything me and my sisters hoped for. Beautiful grounds, plenty of space, birds galore, porches and beautiful garden area to relax in. The cabin is fully equipped. We lacked for nothing... from toilet paper to cookie sheets. Michelle and Donny are beautiful people and we are so happy we got to meet them both. They are helpful, prompt in replying and host well. The "little touches" of homemade chocolate chip cookies (deelicious) and a dozen eggs were greatly appreciated. This was our 14th sister trip and our one sister said this is the one place she truly hated to leave. It definitely is a "come back to" place. And one we all highly recommend. You won't be disappointed!

Incredibly peaceful getaway

Well we were NOT disappointed. The only disappointment was that the trip had to end. The cabin is beautiful, very clean, cozy and sooooo comfortable. The wrap around porch allows you to enjoy the creek view on the back or the well manicured front landscaping. We had one night without rain where we could enjoy the fire pit but the rain and wind didn’t bother us because the warmth and coziness of the cabin led to quality indoor family time. It’s apparent that the owner cares about the property and the renters who will be staying there. We appreciate the attention to details and having everything you could ask for (and more, eggs/cookies). We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for the hospitality!

We had a great time watching the birds and sitting on the screened porch. The fire pit area was great and well set up. The beds were super comfy. The host was super friendly and attentive. We even got cookies and some fresh eggs! We had a great stay.

This place is amazing!! It looked exactly like the pictures when we arrived and it had to be the cleanest place I have ever stayed at! Also, we stayed in July so it was hot, the AC worked well and for a hot sleeper like me, having fans in the rooms was an unexpected, but very appreciated, plus! The house, the grounds, the back porch-it was all perfect for our family trip.
