For shared use: garden (fenced), lawn for sunbathing. Patio, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Grocery, restaurant, bakery, café 230 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Ried i.O.
