This cozy former farm with approximately 115m² of living space is located in North Finistère, on the peninsula Sainte-Marguerite in very quiet and idyllic location. Hier war der Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Ausflüge. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war ausgesprochen freundlich und unkompliziert.Bei unserer Ankunft war von der Verwalterin vor Ort alles liebevoll hergerichtet und wir fühlten uns willkommen und vom ersten Moment an heimisch.Die Ausstattung ist gepflegt und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und wir haben uns dort selbst verpflegt. Dieses wunderschöne Haus hat einen ganz besonderen Charme und wir haben manches Mal im Wohnraum oder auf der schönen Terrasse darüber sinniert, welche Geschichten uns das alten Gemäuer wohl erzählen könnten. Die beiden Badezimmer sind renoviert und in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Der Wohnraum passend zum Alter des Hauses eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich.Die oberen Räume verfügen über Schrägen und wie schon andere Gäste erwähnten, muss man beim Gang ins Schlafzimmer ein wenig acht geben - aber alles kein Problem.Durch die Lage des Grundstücks am Ende der Straße herrscht hier eine himmlische Ruhe und wir haben die Zeiten auf der Terrasse mit Blick in den gepflegten Garten sehr genossen. Der absolut traumhafte Strand ist in nur ca. 10 Minuten über die Dünen zu erreichen. Schon die Alleinlage ist genial. Sehr ruhig gelegen, kein Straßenlärm, keine Menschenmassen, ab und zu ein paar Spaziergänger. Das Haus ist gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. In der Küche bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Auch beim Geschirr wurde nicht gespart. Die Bäder wurden offensichtlich erst vor kurzem renoviert und sind faktisch neu. Für uns war alles perfekt, ein sehr schönes Haus, alles an Einrichtung da, was man sich wünscht und die Umgebung ist traumhaft, schöne Wege durch die Dünen und wirklich herrliche Strände mit feinem weißen Sand. Das untere Bad und Toilette sind inzwischen neu gemacht, alles perfekt! Für Leute, die wie wir mit dem Zug anreisen und etwas aufs Gepäck achten müssen, es sind reichlich Spiele für alle Altersklassen da und auch Bücher in deutscher Sprache. La maison est vraiment très bien située dans un endroit calme et tout proche des plages et dunes Sainte Marguerite. La charmante chapelle sainte Marguerite est notre proche voisine et se situe sur les chemins de randonnées à pied ou à vélo dont nous avons pleinement profité. Pour rejoindre le centre-ville, il suffit de quelques coups de pédales à travers les sentiers. Prévoyez quelques bons mollets dans les côtes. Abends nach dem Essen nochmal schnell an den Strand - kein Problem. Wir bevorzugen Häuser, die auch von den Eigentümern regelmässig genutzt werden, das merkt man auch hier: Die Küche ist modern, dabei sehr schön in das alte Gemäuer eingepasst und komplett ausgestattet. Alle notwendigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden sich bereits in Landéda (incl. Ladestation). Trinkwasser in Plastikflaschen zu kaufen kann man sich dagegen sparen, das Leitungswasser ist sehr gut! Diei Strände in unmittelbarer Umgebung gehören zu den schönsten in der Bretagne. Tolle wirklich komplett eingerichtete Küche die zum selber kochen einläd. und sehr gute Betten. Die Einrichtung ist bretonisch und muß nicht jedem gefallen. Die Mängel sind aus den vorherigen Bewertungen bekannt. Das Internet ist äußerst instabil und eine andauernde Verbindung ist eher Glücksache, das Wohnzimmer und die Küche im Untergeschoss richen deutlich feucht (was bei gutem Wetter und offenen Türen aber kein Problem ist). Wer aber in dieser Beziehung ein Problem hat sollte eine andere Unterkunft wählen. Ein Schrank oder eine Kommode im kleinen Schlafzimmer wäre eine gute ERgänzung. Hier hat man wirklich keinerlei Möglichkeit seine Kleidung zu verstauen und lebt aus dem Koffer. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war die Kaffeemaschine defekt (wir hatten aber unsere eigene Maschine mit. Wer mit den genannten Mängel leben kann ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Leben in und mit der Natur! Günstig gelegen zu den Stränden und für den täglichen Bedarf. Küche, Wohnraum etc sehr gut ausgestattet. Oct 21, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Traumhaftes typisches bretonisches Steinhaus Wir waren begeistert von der geschützten Lage dieses Steinhauses, obwohl es ca 500m vom Meer entfernt liegt und somit die Strandpromenaden gut zu Fuss erreicht werden konnten. Das Mobiliar (Sitzgruppe) in der Wohnstube ist ein wenig alt, aber passt zum Gesamteindruck. Der Cheminée-Ofen ist absolut wertvoll und gibt im ganzen Bereich eine wohlige Wärme. Leider funktionierte das veraltete Modem nicht französisches Fernsehen zu geniessen, was aber laut Anfrage in Bälde ersetzt werden sollte. Der ganze Aufenthalt war aber sehr schön und das rauhe Klima, mit dem steten Wind und die wilde Natur mit dem täglichen Schauspiel von Ebbe und Flut ist einfach einmalig. Aus diesen Grüden lieben wir die Bretagne so sehr. ##### Cornelia W. Aug 13, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### So muss Urlaub sein! Wir haben unsere Woche in Kleger Meur sehr genossen. Das Haus ist größer als man denkt. Wir hätten diesen Platz nicht gebraucht aber trotzdem toll ihn zu haben. :-) Das Haus ist innen wie außen eher rustikal. Wer es modern mag wird wahrscheinlich enttäuscht. Wir fanden es allerdings super weil es einfach traditionell ist und dadurch sehr gut in die Landschaft passt. Die Küche ist ein Traum und bietet genug Stauraum für Vorräte. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden…so so toll. Das Badezimmer ist im unteren Stock, d.h. die Dusche und ein Doppelwaschbecken samt separatem WC. Wir fanden das etwas ungeschickt weil eben oben die Schlafzimmer und somit auch die Schränke sind. Im oberen Bereich sind zwei Schlafzimmer. Ein großes Elternschlafzimmer und ein Kinderzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Eigentlich total super, wäre da nicht die extreme Schräge im Flur. Für große Menschen eher unangenehm ( mein Mann ist fast 2 Meter groß) 🙈 Die Treppe in den oberen Stock ist auch etwas steil. Ansonsten sind die Schlafzimmer völlig in Ordnung. Die Betten waren super! Oben gibt es dann noch ein Bad mit Doppelwaschbecken und WC (keine Dusche)! Alles in allem ein tolles Haus. Liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Wir haben unsere Woche sehr genossen. Lieben Dank auch an Familie Bennert. Die Kommunikation mit Ihnen war total unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Ihre Infomappe im Haus war ganz toll. Das Besondere an diesem Ferienhaus ist die tolle Lage auf der Halbinsel Sainte Marguerite, man kann den Strand auf sehr schönen Fußwegen in kurzer Zeit erreichen. Ein Highlight ist auch der benachbarte Fels von dem man herrliche Sonnenuntergänge genießen kann. Das gepflegte sonnige Grundstück mit der schönen Terrasse lädt zum Draussensitzen und Essen ein. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und auch Geschirr und Besteck sind qualitativ hochwertig, es bleiben auch für ambitionierte Hobbyköche keine Wünsche offen. Aufgrund der Alleinlage in einer Sackgasse, kann man die traumhafte Dünenlandschaft von Sainte Marguerite in absoluter Ruhe zu genießen.
