Literally the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. The hotel staff was nowhere to be found when you needed them, then completely over-the-top rude when you did eventually find them. We were waiting to ask someone for fresh towels one night because our room hadn't been cleaned. After about 5 minutes he finally comes in from the parking lot completely reeking of marijuana. Another evening we asked the apparent manager for fresh towels. She refused to give them to me unless I brought down 3 days worth of our dirty towels to change them for new ones. Housekeeping never once cleaned our room in 4 days though we asked multiple times. The manager was so completely rude to us we ended up leaving early and moved to the Marriott on Ithaca Commons, which was fantastic. The Country Inn and Suites is cheaper for a reason. Extremely run down. Threadbare carpets and furniture. Filthy room appliances in the suite. The water in the shower never fully turned off and you needed an act of god to turn on the shower. Infested with spiders. It was truly horrific.
