“One of the worst hotels, if not the WORST, hotel I've stayed at. Check your bill after check out. DO NOT STAY HERE”

“We were a group of 4 adults who traveled to Florida for a weekend event with a full itinerary. We needed the home to shower, get ready, and sleep. We checked-in late Friday night (11:30pm) after a long day of traveling and attending an evening event. To our dismay, we were unable to shower Friday night due to the property having no hot water. I waited until 7:45am Saturday to contact the host (trying to courteous) with this issue. He responded within a few minutes stating the hot water tank……

“While I appreciated being upgraded to a suite so I could have a freezer, standard rooms should also be equipped with a freezer compartment in the refrigerator.”

“My stay at the Jaxon was pleasant and so comfortable. Upon arrival (I arrived at night) the air conditioning and bedside light were already on, which I appreciated. The tv was also on a relaxing music station. After a long day of travel this meant a lot. The room was cozy, the decor was beautifully modern, the bed was so comfortable.
