It appears as if the majority of the front room has suffered from water damage. Aside from that, the place was clean and suited our needs. If you like a soft mattress, you’ll like the queen bed. "Exactly what you need for a quick stay. Access to the beach with a short bike ride. Access to A1A and short distance to Amphitheatre if youre staying for a concert or event. Should've stayed one more day, just to have a relax day! Great accommodations and affordable!"

"We were visiting our daughter at Palm Beach Atlantic University and wanted a place close by. This was about a 12 minute drive. It was well kept and comfortable. We found the cutest French cafe for breakfast just a block away. We are definitely planning on staying here again."
