"I and three colleagues were in town for a conference and this house was perfect for us. The communication with the owner was outstanding - we had a slight issue with the hot tub - I messaged him and he was incredibly responsive, apologetic and had the issue take care of within hours. Everything about the house was great - the only "thing" that took us a little aback was the location. "We come to Spring Training often and this was our first stay in Palm Beach Gardens. Great location to ballpark and anything else like waterfront restaurants etc. house was great and had lovely outdoor area. Would stay here again! "

"Great, clean spot for a quick girlfriend’s trip! Pool was lovely and the backyard is set up for sunshine, barbecues and relaxation. The bedrooms were very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and the basket full of pool towels helped us tremendously! It’s a great spot for a wknd getaway in Palm beach gardens. It’s easy to get to from i95 and the turnpike and is close to Publix, a liquor store and great restaurants. "

"Overall the house was fine and we enjoyed our stay. I do agree with a previous comment in that the pictures highlighted in the VRBO App do not really reflect the reality of the property. The house lock is on a timer so if you are 15 minutes early, you will have to wait for the appointed hour or hassle the property manager to let you in. "Positive. The property Manager was very responsive for most of the time until we left. We left a power cord for my wife’s medical device behind, they found it and then stopped communicating. Luckily, I was able to find another one to replace it quickly.Negatives. The home is in much worse shape than the pictures will tell you.
