"We stayed between the 7th and 13th October 2025.All we can say is WOW!, what a lovely apartment. Inga and Tim are great hosts, nothing was any trouble. The apartment is very very clean, everything is there what you need. The pool is lovely and very clean, the area around the pool is surrounded by a patio and very well kept gardens. Will definitely be back and stay again. I think anyone who books and stays at the apartment will be impressed."

"Villa Manzanillo is a tranquil and secluded villa located in a desirable area of Peygia very close to the "Pafos Zoo"(no smells). Definitely a car is required.The villa is surrounded by wonderful shrubs and fruit trees.We, four adults and three young children have spent a most enjoyable fortnight with much fun in the infinity pool. Very clean and perfect temperature. It is a homely villa and suited our young family well.The outside pool area is shaded in the morning for breakfast but completely engulfed in warm sunshine in the afternoon. The awnings gave much needed shade.All our meals were outside on the large table provided on the pool deck area. It was a little warm to enjoy the badminton court area.The air conditioning and ceiling fans were most efficient although there was often a lovely breeze through the house.Very relaxing to sit out of an evening with the occasional roar from the lions.Thank you to Richard who was a perfect host. Communication was excellent and responded very quickly to any questions. He was most helpful in providing extra amenities for our young grandchildren.We very much like the area of Peygia and have no reason not to book Richards villa again."

"The villa is very spacious. The grounds are big and the pool a perfect size for a family. The pool maintenance guys were nice and did a very good job. The villa does need some money spent on it. The main bed is very uncomfortable and makes a lot of noise with every movement. Not helpful in a strange house. The second bathroom always had a strange smell. Plus the toilet was very stained. The downstairs toilet wasn't attached to the floor very well and moved when sat on.We have kids and you must be cautious that any crumbs left on the floors you will return to an army of ants. There was broken sunbeds layed down the side of the property and where the washing line was had become a dumping ground for unwanted bits of furniture. Brokwn garden lights and tables etcThe villa lacked any shading around the pool area apart from a small parsol that covered two sunbeds if you was lucky. The villa is close to coral Bay. All shops and restaurants are only a ten minute drive and a supermarket down the road. All very helpful. The overall stay at the villa was lovely and gave us an amazing holiday. If i was to book again i would hope the villa has some money spent on it to make a stay more comfortable. "

"We had everything we needed at the property we had suvh a good time in the pool the gatdens are well kept the inside was dated but very clean you cant go wrong for the price you pay its a little bit out of town but taxis are very cheap and easy."
